About lavin
lavin is a software platform for real-estate valuation firms in Turkey. It reads the documents behind a valuation (title deeds / TAKBİS records, building and occupancy permits, zoning records, architectural plans, site photos), has appraisers verify each extracted field, and drafts the valuation report in each client's own format. It is built on Anthropic's Claude models (document reading, report narratives, cross-checks and an auditor AI).
